D3 Empowered Greater Rift

D3 empowered greater rift pets are a level limitation not a character limit.

They are level limit. You can only have one legendary at level 75 and above.

Yup. The game puts you in a situation where the player can only level to a certain level before a legendary gem does not work anymore.

not true, also uniques can be over leveled too. i have seen a guy with a 4pc TnT build go from t6 to t4 with the dmg bonus on kill active

I've seen a ton of full legendaries running t5 rifts. Granted they probably got that way before the recent changes, no way in hell I would run a low ilvl legendary without gear though. Its the same reason I can't see myself ever running t4 anything.

I know for a fact I had at least 2-3 legendaries running rifts up to the recent patch. Only dropped to t6 though, but that was cause I kept dousing it with potions

I kept tripling my white item find rate by grabbing dandelion scales off of my public dashes, then skipping to t5. Now I'm running t4 pretty regularly in ng+, no one seems to notice and I know it's faster too.

Well for a start if you are trying to kill trash to get passives it's not the fastest way, and if you do kadala yeah ofc you can get passed gear

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
