He actually has a lot of good tracks in the 2018 GTA5 DLC if you play it. The Final Cut is one of the best tracks ever.

If you haven't yet, you should go download that and some of his other mods too. I'm pretty sure he's working on another DLC map right now as well as mods to make the Liberty City Jungle map look a bit more like Liberty City is back during the 90's

He's mentioned doing a bunch of mods on the FCJ Discord server. Unfortunately, the only mods I've seen of his are the base maps with a lot of mods. Someone else posted on the GTA Discord server that they got a gamejam video on him but it was apparently deleted.

I have the gamejam video. And his Fatshark mod. But I never found a place to download them. In fact, I'm fairly certain he said in his discord server he was planning to release it. I think he may have been working on making it more playable first or something.

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
