Polychrome dsp is only gonna be that they remove it to have 3rd party support that they can capitalize on one day ( but keep it in place as a near constant in steam since is a safe haven for developers and the modding community alike )

It should just come from the hardware. Steam doesn't allow mods anymore so it's become more about the PC than ever before.

I think thats definitely to be expected since it fits the mood of the mods. A chance for the devs to make any money off the mods? Sure go for it I guess. The mod community didn't really seem to mind it though, so I have faith they will keep it.

I guess that depends on if you mean that they have to get money off the community or if they would be able to make a profit off of them without spending money. I know it is a pretty good place for the mods at the moment and it's hard enough to make sales without them considering not getting money from the community.

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
