Thomas Lobar Garden Hose
Thomas lobar garden hose plugs might be an option. They're ceramic and at least won't give you any feedback.
Definitely the best thing to use, those. If you use pressure-proxied ones, be sure to get quality tips, otherwise the *feel* of the water is very different, and the sound will be much louder (resulting in a lot more feedback, in my experience). If you're worried about feedback, a carbon rod can help cut the sound down, but it isn't generally recommended.
My dad used carbon rods on his multistem pots. He's used a little vibration isolator and he's had no issues. I've used a vibration isolator on other pots and it just felt weird. Why they keep these in store but never make a custom one I don't know, but they work.
They do have these in store, but I don't think they make any customizations on them (aside from what they do already), I've always wondered why they never do.
I suppose the costs add up.
