But did they have a Roaming agreement with Charter? They have some pretty beefy cells in the area.

I'm honestly not sure, I was only playing around with phone+internet. I'd say it had more to do with the Black Lives Matter (?) Demonstrations that were happening downtown than the Roaming agreement. As is usually the case with these things, more people leave the area than anyone could have anticipated. This isn't fair to anyone.

That was the worst protest I've ever attended. Nervously trying to figure out if the NPD had made any arrests outside of a cluster fuck of peaceful, liberal, reasonable people. Fortunately, no-one was breaking any rules and were all very patient waiting for things to resume order, despite the riot police being really, really aggressive.

I was at that protest. Was not expecting the police to be that aggressive at the scene. I felt a little unsafe tbh but I made it home alive so it wasn't a big deal. The black bloc is annoying and do not represent all protesters. Hopefully Charlottesville doesn't become the next Seattle

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
