I think it’s all childish noise. It’s like people arguing about what’s bigger than Jesus- I think bitcoin will be bigger than Jesus, but I can say that with a pretty high certainty.

Agreed. Some religions even have half decent foundations. I’m not a big believer in religion in general, but I think something is good if it brings people together and keeps people from hurting each other, whether that be over differences of ideas or beliefs, or using their religion as an excuse to murder others. Bitcoin has the potential to be just that. It’s people who are fighting against it that are annoying and irrational.

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
