Really? It's funny how I saw it as being one of the most common and well known picks and it suddenly stopped showing up for a long time... I thought maybe it got picked up by someone who has no idea what it is, which sounds kind of plausible since I know people who just pick out the random popular character and that's it.

Yea he is actually really popular and hes part of the smash crew so that could explain it.
Does that mean people are just searching for bayley names and labels them as all one guy? That makes sense now.
Yeah, kinda confusing to find him but people pick him a lot.
*shrugs* I've tried a lot of characters since the beginning (I used to play Melee on my cousin's 4 player) and I'm still not feeling anything like these two that keep showing up at the top of every poll. I assume I have an ideal match up to either pick him or learn to counter his play style, at least.

Just because you know how to counter him doesnt mean he wont go 100% offence and not let you play normally. Thats my experience, even if i figured out ways to counter him, as soon as i stood still his first attack would kill me.

Seems like a matter of play style, not really counters I have any trouble with. I like to try to keep the battle more stand-off and within melee range (mostly grab or jab), then go to heavier stuff as needed. His play style lends itself nicely to that kind of play style.

As someone who plays bayley, i go for tons of sweeps, teeps, and mariage because she gets so many of them off easy. Works for me.

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
