Cornell Belcher Age

Cornell belcher age is the last one we could use. He's young enough we could wait and let him get to rfa.

Aren't you the guy that was super upset that we let go Vitter?

He hasn't been bad he just isn't a great number 4. Would much rather have that kind of problem on defense than on offense. He is good for 8 goals when he's on and he has played with us for a while now. But the fact is right now our 4th line is Andersson, Staal and McQuaid. We desperately need a depth player and while he doesn't have a ton of power to play against he doesn't make our defense look awful either.

If Vitter scored as much as Bs/Pavel did he wouldn't be sitting on the IR. But yeah, getting a true veteran, capable of bringing the younger guys up should be our next priority. Or we can keep chasing the $$$$ and hope the 2nd line can be that, and let these young guys grow on their own from the beginning. I'm torn

I think we have enough offense and while I love them, our top 4 needs to be more reliable defensively and eventually start scoring again. As much as I hate having a bad 4th line I don't think its worth losing a D pair just to replace them. Maybe the right guy will make the trade and I know there are a few teams that could use a 2nd line center. As for Vitter, I honestly don't mind seeing him come back next year. He's very reliable and has been a pleasant surprise.
