First time I ever went climbing I could have sworn there were 6ft monoliths that had never been climbed
You mean human sized boulders that would make some bouldering skills nigh impossible after the first few
I thought they were talking bouldering prowess. I thought there was going to be like an IronMan climb of one of them

Not the point of the question.. Still wouldn’t be so great to climb one of those cause there’s be some serious discomfort afterwards

I've definitely climbed boulders that were pretty much impossible. I did however (so am not speaking for every climber) a bunch of easy V5s when I took a class at the gym. When you're used to climbing V8s at the gym, those V5s felt really easy and rewarding to a first timer. It's like the difference between climbing trad in your backyard and doing it on a 5.7 on the crag.

Yeah but it kind of depends on how many V5’s you’ve climbed in your backyard. If at a gym it was significantly easier than you think then I disagree, but with some serious time and a few V5’s under your belt it’s like climbing a different grade.

The sole fact that you would make another person who was having seizures feel worse than they already feel, just to make people feel better, takes a lot out of me.
