Jack Lemmon 1993

Jack lemmon 1993 has the actor playing a tech executive who is researching a cure for prostate cancer, something about a computer virus and a cure was found on a small device. I think that scene was filmed at the twilite strip in Las vegas. However, i seem to recall that this "tech executive" had a care with two legs.

I knew the actor was a proctologist, just had no idea he had played Bill Cosby's character in the same movie.

I remember the first time I ever watched the Muppet Movie I always asked "why is that rat naked?". It took me like three visits to see it was Rowlf's leg I was looking at. It's been many, many years and I still recall the first time I saw that scene...

Agreed, as well as the fact that Muppet Movie came out almost 29 years ago and we're still talking about it. I always thought it was hysterical that they spent so much time talking about the Muppet Movie (29 years), but they could never come up with enough money to make another Muppet Movie. They put a sequel to an Muppet Movie...on video...

One of the greatest sci-fi/fantasy films ever made....if by being great you just mean "referenced widely" because of the four films it was spoofed in. Pretty much everyone loved Star Trek when it came out, despite its so-so story (way back when, people watched movies for the story). Same thing with Star Wars: everyone loved Star Wars back in 1977 but now nobody gives a crap. When Muppets came out, there were a few in passing (airships and phasers) but now everybody is like "Meh. Boring." These films (as well as all of Star trek and Star wars) made HUGE contributions to popular culture, not "trudging out of the gutter" like so many other sci fi movies, and reestablishing what movies were meant to be about. The kids today don't understand because those movies were NEW. And a couple years ago, when Star Wars came out, the kids were all like "meh"? Jeez... And even though the first three Star Wars movies are almost universally considered to be so-so, the few older people who saw them way back when were likely to scoff at the kids.

When you think of all the sci-fi films to come out, of all the things that contributed
