Are you in the US? All our phones take screenshots via touch capture and won't download from anywhere but the camera roll. I've never had an idea how to take a screenshot from a file. Sorry!

I'm a broke nerd. If you're on Android, go to: Settings - Storage - Cut All Overlay - Check And then, go to your Photos app and download any picture to a folder that you've given the name "My Photos". Now you can see the full resolution.

Okay so i made my phone better for... To look at it :))) now, can you explain step by step about screen shots?

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
