Derf said: I don't know what y'all are talking about but I had a great day today on the trails, climbing 4,000ft and I felt awesome all day long. So idk what y'all are talking about. From your comments, just thinking about having to go up that hill is exhausting, which says alot about your legs and work outs. I bet you work out your legs by riding a bike all day, and end up sore and beat that say you might have had a great day on the lifts or other areas. MONEY

Didn't do great today. I'm not saying I did bad. But it wasn't my best. I woke up this morning at about 6am. I went to a yoga class that was on this day. My intentions were to do some yoga first then go to the gym and lift. I got home, showered and got to my yoga class about 15 minutes later. It was an hour so it was a little tough. I did work out though...I was too tired at this point to go for a ride. I sat on the couch for awhile watching tv. Then it was time to go to the gym for my regular schedule. I didn't do any cardio or anything really. I'd say my body was a bit sluggish with a bit of a flutter of energy. It was almost like after a long cold winter where you don't have any energy and are down and out from a lack of nutrition. It wouldn't go away once I started my workout so I just kept doing my thing no worrying about it. I ended up picking up the same guy at the gym today like always. I did bodybuilding on the other legs last time.

When I got home it was time to go to IHOP to eat lunch and prepare to do yoga which would be completed this evening. I had decided to change my daily schedule because I felt lazy and didn't want to get my butt in gear with those other legs. I decided to do the rest of my lifting for my other legs tomorrow and not today. So, I'd do upper body today, yoga tonight, then legs. I got my protein powder and went to IHOP to eat. While there I tried to work out some more stuff by pushing the 818 guy pretty hard. I feel like I could do
