Haha but seriously I haven't followed Cod in a few years but last time I remember you'd always have one group of CoD pro's from the previous year to start the season off, followed by new guys signing on each year and 3-4 orgs. The scene is just getting back to that once-or-two teams each year structure.

At this point it doesn't seem like a big deal to have two or three orgs. They are good, but I'm not sure how much more sponsors want to be a part of the process. Makes me wonder if activision could even send you 3 emails a day/week/whatever all saying, "hey, we know people are dying for more COD and we want to make sure that more people in the audience get a shot at participating" how much people would be willing to pay.

Fuck it. Let them start streaming on YouTube.

Yeah, that idea has been floated around before a long time. I just don't think EA would touch that idea (doing that for their FIFA series), but it might work for them.

We did it for fifa 17. People thought we were going to sign a rapper or something. It didn't work.

I'm very happy to hear that! That was the first fifa game I ever played. I thought the commentary was bad but when they added "dub step" on top of it (the sound effect) that really solidified how badly I liked it.

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
