Technics Sl-dz1200

Technics sl-dz1200 is supposed to be a good table if thats what you want (except for the grille scratching). I just have a table from Audioengine that im pretty happy with.

The body scratches so easily, you will need to very very lightly sand with a micro sander a dozen times a day to keep it from happening.

I heard that too but Ive never had any issues with mine, you see it way more often on high end table than anything else. My sl-10 and d3x i dont take anywhere without it just to get it out of sight (its an okay sound card but i think it costs more than i paid for the table). edit: Im not saying there arent any real issues but i never personally noticed any of them.

I have the SL-1600. No problems, no scratching anywhere.

Nice. ive used that one for college aswell and it seems to be durable too.

Rfc 5322

Rfc 5322 is probably your culprit. Set it to disable phone numbers as you navigate pages. Probably needs a settings update. Except Google stops it from working. Google Voice works well. That's interesting. I had no problems with gv after it was disabled. Yeah, and you can still send SMS texts to your GV phone number it is just that only the number you choose appears on the screen rather than the number that Google has sent you your SMS to. (I think) It's not just gv. That's why I'm saying it should get updated. Apparently it is an rfc 5308 type protocol. I would believe as much. The good ol' RFC isn't the most well-documented of things. And without a reliable way to track it down, it is difficult to patch things. Do you have a link to info about that? I was unaware. I can't dig it up. I just know it exists. And that at the time of rfc 5322 it was known to be broken.
